Meet Our Pediatricians

While completing my Pediatric residency at University Medical Center, I fell in love with Tucson and started my Pediatric practice in 2000. My commitment to quality, compassion, and communication guides the care I provide my patients.

Coming from a family of six children, I have always enjoyed teaching and caring for kids. During my undergraduate years at MIT, I became fascinated with human biology and was drawn to service and teaching. After making the decision to study Medicine, I chose the Pritzker School of Medicine at the University of Chicago for my medical training. During medical school, I realized that practicing general pediatrics would become my life’s work.

I love watching children grow and develop. My goal is to collaborate with families to optimize their children’s health and development. I have a holistic approach to Medicine. Taking the time to discuss the medical issue and treatment options with my patients and their caregivers is essential to my practice.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, hiking, riding bikes, kayaking, gardening, cooking and exploring the natural world. On occasion you may see me playing ultimate frisbee, pickle ball or cross-country skiing.
