Nothing makes us happier than watching a child grow and thrive! We currently accept new patients from birth to age 17 years. Established patients can be seen until 26 years of age.

We Are A Vaccinating Practice
Mesquite Pediatrics requires that all of our patients are immunized according to the current vaccine schedule recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics. All potential new patients must be up-to-date or be willing to vaccinate their child fully. We do not accept new families that are not willing to vaccinate their children. Before Your First Visit
Please call our office to schedule an appointment, then download and complete these New Patient Registration forms. To help expedite your child’s first visit, please provide the following information when you arrive for your appointment:
- Insurance card
- Picture ID
- Complete immunization records
- Medical records from your previous pediatrician
